We do not require account creation. As such we will not upload nor store any of your personal information. We will access device information and permissions data on your own device in order enable device specific features. This includes the OS, make and model of your device. This data is only used locally on your device.

Personal Data

Any app data will be stored locally on your device only. For example your sample configurations, PadPoints and Settings. Other data may be stored by Google if your app is installed via Google Play Store. In this case you should have already read and agreed with their respective privacy policies.

In App Purchases:

On Android all in app purchases from Pads Pro PadPoints Bank are processed by Google Wallet. On iOS all payments are processed by Apple IAP. On Windows UWP and Desktop purchases are processed via Paypal online payments. All payments on third party providers are secure and encrypted. We do not process or store any payment related information like credit card details please refer to the Privacy Policy of the payment provider for example Paypal’s privacy policy on their respective official websites. The value and total sum of purchases you have made are not stored, so to find this information you can check with the relevant payment service provider. Please make sure you are the bill payer before any purchases.


PadPoints are like credits that allow you access certain features in the app. For example a quick refresh of samples using the “New !” button can use 10 PadPoints or depending on the Config settings. PadPoints are used up and when you reach zero you will have to buy more from the PadPoints Bank in the app. Please note when you buy PadPoints the PadPoints are only stored on your local device. If you thus uninstall the app you will lose all Padpoints you have bought, as it is associated with your device not a unique account. If you install the app to a new device you will start with the default fixed free PadPoints. Please remember this!

Pads Pro Samples:

BeatDrops Pads Pro uses samples from BeatDrops. You have use access to all samples either free or premium ones. All our samples have either been composed by our own producers, borrowed from third party site with permission or donated by other producers. We have taken steps to ensure we have permissions and clearance to use all the samples in this app. If however you feel that any sample(s) are breaching your copyrights then please contact us asap at [email protected] with the samples details and your details. We will look into it within 7 days and if appropriate remove any infringing samples and references to it. You may not use any of the sample we provide outside of the app as they are. You may make recordings of any beat you make and distribute or use them for commercial or non commercial purposes.

iPhone and iPad (iOS):

We do not require any tracking data.

The free version will show our own in house ads and also ads from third party providers. You can disable ads by purchasing the appropriate in app purhcase. Ads are not personalized.

Specific Data Information:

On Android & iOS the app can show AdMob ads which works with a large network of ad providers. It can also show push notifications. As such the following data may be accessed, uploaded and shared with relevant third parties to provide app functionality and a better ad experience:

  • IP Address – This can be used to determine your approximate location
  • Non user related Crash Logs and Diagnostic – Shared with AdMob to help improve their SDK and for advertising and analytics purposes.
  • User related performance data – Such as app launch time and energy usage, which maybe used for advertising and to improve features.
  • Device ID – such as Advertising ID for third party advertising and analytics and unique device identifyer for app related features. This data will also be shared with Google Firebase to allow us to send you marketing and developer Push Notifications. Please note you can opt out of receiving push notifications using the system settings on your device.
  • Advertising Data – We can share with AdMob which advertisements you have seen for analytics and service improvement.
  • Ad interactions – Such as taps and videos views to improve the service offered by AdMob
  • Firebase installation ID – This is generated once when you install the app, it is non personal and is not associated with any specific user or device. We do not store this data, it is shared with Google Firebase to allow us to send you marketing and developer Push Notifications.

AdMob can use your data to show you ads that are more personalized and relevant to you. This requires your consent and you are able to opt out and thus will be shown only non-personalized ads. For more information regarding AdMob, its vendors and their respective privacy policies please review the GDPR consent form shown when you run the app for the first time.

If you choose to opt out of personalised ads your advertising ID will not be collected.

Delete Data Request

We do not store any of your data on our servers however you can request to delete data associated with your google account by visiting My Activity. If you choose to delete your google account, google will delete all the personal data in your account. You can also turn off personalized ads via Ad Settings in your google account (if available).

You have the right to request that we delete your FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) ID, which is used for sending push notifications to your device. If you would like to request the deletion of your FCM ID, please contact us through through our website. We will honor your request and request to delete your FCM ID from google’s servers. Please note that deleting your FCM ID will prevent us from sending push notifications to your device. If you want to continue receiving push notifications, you will need to provide a new FCM ID for your device, this can be achieved by uninstalling fully and then re-installing the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.


We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused to any end user, their equipment or software as a result of using any of our software of products. All products will work as described, in the event that they do not and you have contacted our support email (below), we will help to refund or reimburse you. When you purchase IAPs on Play Store you are eligible for money back guarantee in the event that the app does not work on your phone. We are not responsible in any way or associated with ads shown by any third party on our software or website.
