For custome printed products we print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order.
Total time for delivery is preparation time + shipping time.
It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
- Overnight: next day delivery in the US
- Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
- Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
To avoid disappointment or missing delivery, in general, please allow 14 days for delivery.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For parcels lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed as an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the product(s) or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report, using our contact form or email [email protected].
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by our courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will then be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returns – It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered completely at your expense and our discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
